Nice list! I rewatched Mulholland Drive this past year and hadn’t seen it since I was in high school. At the time it did not connect with me at all. Since, I’ve become more familiar with Lynch and I really enjoyed revisiting it. I gave myself over to it and realized it’s not really a puzzle to be solved.

have seen the other Lynch films you don't plan to watch like Eraserhead, The Elephant Man, Wild at Heart, or Lost Highway? I ask because he revisits themes a lot and I found when I was catching up on his films after watching Twin Peaks for the first time (this was in 2009 and I had only seen Blue Velvet at the time), that watching may way through his filmography chronologically was a very rewarding way to see what themes he returns to time and again. (also just selfishly Eraserhead and The Elephant Man are my faves of his)

Yes, I’ve seen all of those. It’s been a minute since Eraserhead, Elephant Man, Blue Velvet and Dune, but I finally watched Wild at Heart and Lost Highway last year. But I may have to steel myself for an Eraserhead rewatch (I appreciate what it’s doing but it’s also a film that goes very hard).

Definitely do Eraserhead with an audience some day if you can. Also a very rewarding experience.
